Born in Kamyanets - Podilsky in 1933. He studied at the Kiev Art Institute from 1954-61. Has been participating in all-Union, republican and group exhibitions since 1958. Member of the USSR Union of Artists. Active in Kiev and Odessa, Ukraine.
Levich's paintings resemble lyrical novellas, with mans loneliness as their principal theme, the beauty and at the same time the anguish of human life. Levich is perhaps the most "Kievian" artist since he like nobody else, can reproduce the mood of this city inimitable in its beauty. He is represented in museums and private collections internationaly.
